MechaAnts Vs CyberSpider

MechaAnts Vs CyberSpider

2 Players

Pieces:

3 MechaAnt Tokens

1 CyberSpider Token

1 AntSprawl Token

2 six sided dice

Setup:

One player takes the CyberSpider token and one player takes the MechaAnt tokens and the AntSprawl token.

Divide a 36” table into two halves, with the Ant player taking one half and the Spider player taking the other.

The Ant player places the AntSprawl Token somewhere in his half of the table, and then places the three MechaAnt tokens so that at least one part of each token is within an inch of the AntSprawl.

The Spider player places the CyberSpider somewhere within their half of the table, at least 18” away from the AntSprawl.

Gameplay:

Each turn, the players each roll a six sided dice, with the winner taking the first turn.

On a players turn, they activate each of their tokens one at a time. When activated, a MechaAnt can move up to it’s move distance, and then use one attack. A CyberSpider can move up to it’s move distance and make two attacks.

The game ends when the ants destroy the spider, or the spider starts it’s turn in base contact with the AntSprawl.

When the CyberSpider loses 2 points of health, it can only make one attack per round.

When a model attacks:

  1. It declares a target.

  2. The player checks to see if the target is in range. If not, the attack automatically misses

  3. The controlling player then rolls the two six sided dice, adds the attack value, and compares it to the targets defense. If it higher, the attack hits.

  4. If an ant is hit by an attack, it is destroyed.

  5. If the spider is hit by an attack, it loses one point of health. When the CyberSpider loses four points of health, it is destroyed.
